Thanksgiving 2008

Lewis trying to go as a "stowaway" on Poppa's and Bubba's hunting trip.

"E" checking out how the deer antlers would look on her!

Poppa getting excited about wearing all of his "get up" !

Bubba donning the antlers, too.

"E" loving her some "Callie Boo".

Do you remember THIS guy?  Look how BIG he has gotten!

Champ playing some "keepaway" with Turk. Cutest "cousins" ever, huh?

Josh is always appointed to be the carver.

Mimi's Making Meals, of course!!

Sisters having some "Girl Talk". (Moms not invited!)

Finally.....ready to call everyone to the table! (Note: Fancy jug of sweet tea already waiting!)

Hope you and yours had a wonderful Thanksgiving full of great family memories!

Thanks for coming by my blog. I enjoyed reading your posts. Your family is sweet... I've been praying for Faith through Kelly's prayer blog and didn't realize she was your daughter.

Your granddaughter is SOOO cute! Those cheeks are absolutely the kind you want to squeeze.

Hoping Poppa has a great hunting trip. You should have come and stayed with us while he was gone. I probably would have never let you go back home. :o)

Thank you so much for all your sweet and kind words about my little Emma. She is the sweetest thing ever, just like yours is I am sure.

Okay, so I loved you before but now I really love you because you called me LAURA ANN on your last comment. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you. I needed that, you see that is what my Daddy always called me and he has been gone for 2 1/2 years now and not one day goes by that I don't miss him dearly, especially during the the HOLIDAYS. I just wanted you to know...YOU MADE MY DAY!

Still praying for work to come Poppa's way soon...and not just for any kind of work, but work better than what he had before, paying double and something that he truly LOVES.
