The Steven Curtis Chapman Family

Steven Curtis Chapman and his wife, Mary Beth, were on Good Morning America yesterday speaking about the loss of their daughter, Maria, that was killed in a driveway accident earlier this year.

The interview is a little over 8 minutes long, but if you have not seen it, I would encourage you to watch it.  It also includes an interview with their son that was driving the car that ran over his little sister.

Let's continue to pray for these precious servants of God as they deal with the grief of losing a daughter and a sister.  Their incredible faith and hope is such an inspiration to me!

I saw this on GMA. It just breaks my heart. I know their son is just so broken hearted. I pray God will heal their hearts quickly!

I didn't get a chance to watch this on air and am so glad you posted it so I could see it.
It is so heartbreaking, but also encouraging to see them turn to God and help each other.
Thanks, MiMi! Happy weekend!

I didn't get to see this on tv, so I am glad that you posted it. Oh my, what a precious family who has gone through so much. It was encouraging to hear how they are loving and supporting one another as they deal with their grief. I pray that God would continue to bring healing to their hearts and that they would feel His peace.

Life comes full circle and your story certainly is evidence of this. I so enjoyed reading about your grandparents home(which is so adorable) and your relationship with my sister Becky that has endured through the years and seems to be growing stronger every day. You have come a long way!
